About Ayo Fashola

INSPIRATION

What inspired me to move in this direction of work and life purpose was when I discovered that women in every walk of life struggle with some form of low self-esteem and a lack of confidence. This tends to effect different areas of our lives…from love and romance to our professional careers. Women are constantly bombarded with media messages and images that who we are in our natural element is never good enough. This accompanied with my background experience motivated an interest in me to help women, including myself, gain the love and acceptance in ourselves that we so desire through what makes each one of us special, beautiful, feminine, fantastic, fabulous and unique.

PASSION

This spurred an interest in helping others to build their self-esteem and self-confidence through personal style. I learned through my research that confidence, self-esteem, and a high level of self-worth is needed to carry out your goals and dreams, to give value to society, and to an overall sense of happiness and well-being.  I serve clients who have chosen their work as a reflection of their personality, their lifestyle and their interests. I feel a personal, emotional connection to a client being seen, heard, and fully understood – an integral part of their story unfolding in front of their eyes – and I shares in their victories.

Ayo holds a B.A. in Communications with a concentration in public relations and an added specialty in business marketing from the University of Texas. Ayo has appeared in top Dallas Socialite publications as Papercity, F!DLuxe, Dallas Modern Luxury, The Dallas Weekly, and Dallas Weekly’s The Journal as well as TV style segments on TX21 News and Metro Channel 8. Recently on Lagos, Nigeria’s SilverbirdTV. Ayo also volunteers as an image consultant and model for Attitude and Attire, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing confidence and self-esteem in women.
